About AC Bakery

We are a small, family-owned business with a 43 year track record of making our customers happy.

We deliver anywhere within the tri-state area

AC Bakery was founded in 1979 by Antonino Cipriano as a retail shop in Moonachie, NJ. In 1984 we opened wholesale bakery production and distribution starting with just one delivery van out of our small facility in Fairfield, NJ.

In 1993 distribution was moved to a larger facility in Clifton, NJ—keeping bakery production in Fairfield.  After outgrowing our facilities in 1998, both were moved to our current location in Paterson NJ where we remain today.
